We ship most orders on the same day. Any order received before 2:00pm EST,
ships that same day by UPS Ground service. Back ordered or out of stock
items may have to ship later. If this is the case, you will be notified.
Next Day, Second and Third Day delivery is available. (call or make a
notation on the web based order form for other than UPS Ground
service)
We charge shipping at COST. We do not have any
handling/miscellaneous charges.
We ship
UPS or USPS, whichever is the lower and most cost effective for you, our
customer. You'll be most happy with our preferred rates.
Why do we
do it this way?: Due to the various quantities ordered, with so many
diffrent item weights and shipping zones, it is not
possible to give shipping costs until a package is weighed. Please be
assured that your shipping cost will be the actual cost charged to us by
UPS or USPS.
We are volume shippers and always extend our volume
discount to you, our customer.
If you are uncertain about our
shipping, may we suggest the following: place your order by following all
our normal ordering procedure, and in the comment section advise us
to call you with the shipping amount of your order before we ship, to get
your approval. Please provide a good number to contact you and the best
time to call. It's that simple!
